AIB Allied Irish Bank (Ireland) - Bank UPDATE

We have had a report that the AIB Allied Irish Bank (Ireland) - Bank is blocking access. This means that AIB feeds will not sync at this time. We've asked Yodlee to investigate and advise.

Update 6th of October:
It appears the AIB bank feeds are still syncing at this time.


Citibank Credit Cards (Australia)

Bank Feeds displaying duplicate pending transactions

We have had several users report they are seeing duplicate pending transactions on their Citibank (Australia) bank feed. While most of these duplicates are being cleared when the transactions are posted they are causing concern, and we have seen several sets of duplicates appear in users accounts.

We are working with Yodlee to have this issue investigated. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

We have had reports from Yodlee that this issue is resolved.

ASB Bank Fastnet (New Zealand)

Bank Feed not able to be created - Update

ASB Bank Fastnet (New Zealand) Bank Feeds are not able to be added to PocketSmith. Yodlee has transferred support for this Bank Feed to the ASB Bank (New Zealand) Loan type.

If you already have the ASB Bank (New Zealand) Loan type added to your PocketSmith you should see the Fastnet accounts appear under the 'Ready to connect' on the Account Summary.

State Farm Bank

Bank Feeds returning a 414 no account found error.

Yodlee is reporting that State Farm Bank Feeds are currently returning a 414 no account found error. Their engineers are investigating.

SBS (New Zealand)

Support for Live Feeds suspended


Unfortunately Yodlee is unable to restore support for the SBS (New Zealand) Live Feeds at this time.

Yodlee are continuing their investigations and we'll update this status when progress is reported.

Our apologies for this situation with the SBS Live Feeds.

BNZ (NZ) Pending Transactions

Transactions being set to 'pending' for four days

Yodlee are now setting all new BNZ transactions as 'pending' for four days. They have done this because of changes detected in transaction details during this period, which were causing duplicate transactions.  Having the transactions set as pending allows Yodlee to verify them, and prevent duplicates being synced into users accounts. 

Yodlee are currently not supporting pending transactions on BNZ Credit Card Live Feeds. Yodlee's engineers are investigating this issue.

TSB (New Zealand) - Bank

Live Feeds no longer supported.


Due to changes to the TSB (New Zealand) Website Yodlee has been forced to re-develop their support for this site.
Unfortunately this means we are unable to offer Live Feeds for the TSB (New Zealand) at this time.

TD Auto Finance

Live Feeds no longer supported.

NatWest Bank Business Bankline (UK)

Changes made to the Natwest Business Banking website require Yodlee to re-develop support for Live Feeds for this institution. This means that Live Feeds for Natwest Business Banking are currently unavailable.

First National Bank (FNB) (South Africa)

Yodlee has unfortunately encountered a compatibly problem with the First National Bank (South Africa). 
While they are investigating this issue, they have unfortunately decided to suspend support for this site.

Westpac (NZ)

Transaction descriptions incorrect, and are changing unexpectedly.

We've had reports of Westpac NZ transactions not having the correct merchant descriptions when they come through to PocketSmith.

Yodlee appear to be adding irrelevant text to the descriptions, often by combining two separate transaction descriptions together. We've also seen that they are rapidly changing the descriptions when the error is detected. This is not expected behaviour; all description changes are expected to be accompanied by the removal of the old out-of-date transaction, and the creation of a new one.

We will continue to post updates here as we hear back from Yodlee.

Update: 12th May 2014

Without any significant progress from Yodlee, this issue has now been escalated beyond standard customer service. More customers are reporting this issue, and we've informed Yodlee as to all the people who're affected.
