Change the account type

You may an account listed as the incorrect type. e.g. It might be showing as a bank account, when it should be a Loan account. 

You can change the type of account with the following steps:
  1. Go to the Account Summary page

  2. Select Manage Account for the account you want to change

  3. Select Account preferences from the settings menu

  4. Choose the correct Account type from available options

  5. Click the Save button
